All of our gifts can be sent direct to the recipient if requested along with a gift note.

How long does it take to dispatch my item?
It typically takes 3-5 working days to process your order but during peak times this can be substantially longer and during quieter periods this can be much shorter.  Please do not hesitate to check with us before ordering if you require your order by a specific date.

How is my item shipped and how long does it take to arrive?
We work extremely closely with the postal network so if there are ever any disruptions or delays we will inform you & work with the postal network to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
All of our INTERNATIONAL mail is sent via a tracked service & you will receive a tracking number when dispatched, this should take 1-2 weeks to get to you from when it's shipped.  There is a guaranteed 3-5 day service available as an option at checkout if you require your item sooner.
All UK mail is sent via Royal Mail using a fully tracked service and usually arrives within 2 working days.

Will you send a proof photo before you make my order?
For all personalised items, the artwork for your order will be created & an email will be sent to you at least 24 hours prior to your dispatch date with a proof photo (no proof photo will be sent for cards and frames with no printed artwork).  
If there are any mistakes please contact us within 24 hours as your artwork is printed at the point of it being emailed to you.  We cannot re-print for any changes at this stage unless they are due to our mistake.

Do you do custom orders?
The heart of our business is all about personalised and unique products so if there is something specific you'd like but can't see that we do it then please drop us a message via our contact page.

Where are you based, can I collect my order?
We are based in Portsmouth, Hampshire (UK) PO8 and yes this can be arranged so delivery will not be charged.

I need my order sooner than your advertised dispatch timescales?
Please contact us prior to ordering to check that we can dispatch your order sooner than advertised and to discuss other potential delivery options.

How will my item be packaged?
Secure and Professional packaging is used which has been tried and tested to withstand international and domestic posting. If on the very rare occasion any damages arise during posting then these will be rectified at no extra cost to you.  Please contact us within 48 hours should this happen.

Help, I have a problem with my order?
Please contact us straight away with any queries and we will resolve them for you immediately. 100% customer satisfaction is what we do best!

My address is wrong, what can I do?
Your item will be posted to the address on your order so it's advisable to check this.  If this is wrong or you'd like your order sent to a different address then please contact us within 24 hours of ordering.

Do you accept returns?
As most of our products are personalised then i'm afraid we cannot accept returns.  If however your order is incorrect or damaged then off course we will correct this straight away.
