Estimated Delivery Dates
The estimated delivery date varies depending on where abouts in the world you are and how busy we are! It typically takes 3-5 days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process your order but during peak times this can be substantially longer and during quieter periods this can be shorter.   
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
All UK orders are sent via a fully tracked service with Royal Mail, meaning you will receive a tracking number once your item is shipped and you can track it every step of the way!
Shipping time is typically 2 working days from when your item is dispatched.
International Shipping
We use Royal Mail for all of our shipping and we therefore offer international shipping to most countries, a list of which can be seen at checkout.  If we do not ship to your country please contact us so we can check if this is something we can do with another shipping company.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All international mail is sent via a tracked service which usually takes 5-10 days from the time we ship it out to you.  There is a 3-5 day guaranteed service available as an option at the checkout stage. 
A tracking number for all shipping options will be sent to you when your order is dispatched.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. NicolaJaneCreates is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
We work extremely closely with the postal network and if there are ever any disruptions or delays we will inform you and work with the postal network to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days (for UK orders) and 21 days (for International orders) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us via our contact page or at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
As all of our products are personalised and handmade to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
In the unlikely event that you wish to request a return or exchange as an item contains an error (made on our part) or sustains damage during delivery, we will off course replace it and cover postage costs for returning the faulty product. We must be made aware of faulty/damaged items within 48hrs of receipt. 
Secure and professional packaging, suitable for international delivery, is used for every product and an exceptional and unique customer journey is provided to every customer with constant communication throughout the handmade process of your custom order.
